About Your Coach
John Jaeb cares about helping others grow in their personal and professional lives. He knows what it’s like to start from the bottom and work hard toward success. After taking a job as a janitor at a local dealership to get his foot in the door, John sought opportunities to rise, eventually becoming a master technician.
With a desire to strike out on his own, John became a Snap-on tool dealer where he sold tools and equipment to local auto repair shops — earning Rookie of the Year and #1 dealer in the branch his first year in business.
John and his wife, Tina, acquired The CAAR Shop, and later North Road Auto, with the mission of providing competent, honest auto repair to customers and a great place to work for their employees. Realizing that the standard procedures and systems already in place as a mechanic and Snap-on dealer were his to build in this new endeavor, John hired a business coach and found that working on himself was an important part of the process.
John has enjoyed self-development ever since (his wife, daughters and ever-growing bookshelf can attest to this) and knows how important it is for business and everyday life. As a Certified High Performance Coach, John is helping people attain their dreams.
Becoming a Certified High Performance Coach through the world-renowned High Performance Institute gives John the tools and support systems needed to identify what’s holding you back. Working systematically on each aspect of self-development with John will lead you to a happier, more energetic and rewarding life.
In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family and rescue pup, and water skiing on the Hudson River.
